Write down your goals. Include how you are going to make positive changes to eliminate or relieve them so you can thrive with more ease. Include the rewards you intend to give to you once you achieve a goal. Rewards will give you motivation for sticking to your goals. Each goal you reach you’ll be relieving stress and excited to get down the list.  Keep adding new ones to the bottom so the list doesn’t ever get finished.

Guides to help you relax while working on your goals will make the changes easier.  Learn to relax with different techniques for relieving daily stress.  When making changes we become stressed with pressure from others and finding the time in our busy schedules to work on them.

Exercise plans and goals will guide you to success for making better changes and relieving daily stressors as well. When we exercise, forget the outside stress, if forgotten for maybe 30 minutes or so. You’re not only improving you health with exercise but the stressors will look different when you go back to them.
