Use strategy for positive thinking skills in finding the real reason that is making you feel down in the dumps. You need to know what the problem is before you can make constructive changes for rebuilding your self-development skills.

In order to rebuild your self-development skills there will be changes in the future on how you handle your life.  To be successful; changes need to be done on your part by getting in control of your feelings.

Write you plan down with goals to give your something to work for.  How much do you want to lose; split it up like 3 pounds the first two weeks.  Another goal to lose 8 pounds and continue until you has hit the spot where you want to be.  As you lose and reach each one you can mark them off so show you success anymore energy to lose keep working.
